What I did to fix mine was I went to system preferences, then to language and text. I am just going to try resetting the PRAM to see if this is the problem. If your MacBook is still under warranty or you have AppleCare for it, put it in Apple’s hands. Click "Open Disc" button to movies from Blu-Ray disc or click "Open File" button to load video file from hard drive. When the procedure is finished you may receive a message that no repairs were necessary, or that repairs were successful (I cannot remember the exact phrases). DVD is scratched or dirty. Picking up or moving the machine while a disc is being read may result in the disc becoming unbalanced. Step 1: Free download Aiseesoft Blu-Ray Player for Mac Download and install Aiseesoft Blu-ray player for Mac. In there on the left I dragged a random language on the list above English, and then after that I dragged English back to the top again and restarted the computer. I have the same problem with that drive. So maybe the spraying did help, or just giving the drive a rest and time to go back to it's original 'shape' was what it needed.
